Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
Within 40 days after receipt of the report of the board, the board of supervisors may change the division boundaries recommended by the board provided such change is in accordance with such resolution or petition and this chapter and shall fix the time and place of a hearing by the board not less than 30 nor more than 60 days thereafter.
