Section 74435 - Reestablishment of boundaries if another district annexed to district

If another district is annexed to a district pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 75940) of Part 10 of this division the board of the annexing district shall reestablish the boundaries of the divisions and election precincts within the district in the same manner as provided in Section 74434.
