Cal. Wat. Code § 74229
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The board shall, annually, make and render a verified statement of the financial condition of the district, showing particularly the receipts and disbursements of the last preceding year, together with the source of such receipts and purpose of such disbursements. This statement shall be placed on file in the office of the district.
