Section 71450 - DefinitionsAs used in this part:
(a) "District election" means every election held within the district for district purposes, but does not include a formation election.(b) "General district election" means the district election for the election of directors which shall be held in each even-numbered year at the time of the general election and consolidated therewith.(c) "Special district election" means any district election other than the general district election.Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 7, Sec. 5.
