Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
A copy of the Secretary of State's certificate shall be transmitted to and filed with the county clerk of the county in which the municipal water district is situated if the district is situated in a single county, or shall be submitted to and filed with the secretary if the district contains lands situated in more than one county.
