Cal. Wat. Code § 55332
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The district may appoint or employ and prescribe the authorities and duties of a general manager, auditor, treasurer, and other officers, employees, attorneys, and engineers necessary or convenient for the business of the district, each of whom shall serve at the pleasure of the board.
