Section 52152 - Opening of bids and award of bonds to highest responsible bidder

At the time stated in the notice of sale, the county treasurer shall open the bids and award the bonds to the highest responsible bidder as provided in Article 2, Chapter 2 of this part with respect to the sale of bonds or Article 3, Chapter 3 of this part with respect to the sale of refunding bonds.
