Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
An amount equal to the revenues derived from each parcel by reason of the leasing, use or occupation thereof, less the incidental expenses of leasing and holding same, shall be credited by the county treasurer on the assessment lists against the delinquent charges on the parcel.
