Section 31142.39 - Compliance with federal Clean Water Act

All actions authorized by this article shall be undertaken in a manner that is consistent with the federal Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. Sec. 1341 et seq.) and Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000).
