Section 2525 - DefinitionsFor purposes of this article:
(a) "Fleet owner" means an owner of a fleet of three or more vehicles that are any one or more of the types specified in Section 34500 who is engaged in the transportation of persons or property and whose vehicles are registered in California.(b) "Inspection and maintenance station" means a facility operated by a fleet owner to inspect and maintain his own vehicles and licensed by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter.Amended by Stats. 1975, Ch. 502.
