Section 34502 - Consideration of rules and regulations adopted by Public Utilities Commission

In adopting rules and regulations, the Department of the California Highway Patrol shall consider as evidence of generally accepted safety standards the rules and regulations which have been adopted by the Public Utilities Commission.
