Section 9520 - Who performs work for utility; compliance with general orders(a) Nothing in this part alters the ability of a local publicly owned electric utility to determine who performs work for the local publicly owned electric utility on its facilities.(b) The use of a utility pole or support structure by a communications service provider shall comply with Public Utilities Commission General Orders 95 and 128 and all other applicable provisions of law.Ca.
