Section 150154 - Contracts with federal department or agency or public agency

The authority may contract with any department or agency of the United States of America, with any public agency, including, but not limited to, the Department of Transportation, the Tuolumne County LTC, or with any person upon any terms and conditions that the authority finds is in its best interest.
