Section 30254 - Transit facilities to be acquired, constructed, developed, etc.

The board shall determine what transit facilities should be acquired, constructed, developed, jointly developed, leased, or disposed of, by means including, but not limited to, lease, sale, purchase, option, gift, devise, condemnation, grant, or otherwise.
