Section 102100.1 - Government vested in board; number; term(a) Except as otherwise provided, the government of the district shall be vested in a board of directors. The number of members on the board shall be not less than the number of voting entities. (b) Each appointee to the board shall serve a four-year term, unless earlier removed.Ca. Pub. Util.
