Section 3287 - Annual report to legislature(a) On January 1, 2021, and annually thereafter, the council, with the assistance of the administrator, shall prepare and file with the Legislature and the Department of Finance periodic reports regarding the formation, administration, and disposition of the fund, as the council deems appropriate.(b) A report submitted to the Legislature pursuant to this section shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.Ca.
