Section 91031 - [See Note] Designated amount for or projects related to integrated regional water management to improve climate resilience on a watershed basis

Of the funds made available by Section 91030, one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the Department of Water Resources for projects related to integrated regional water management to improve climate resilience on a watershed basis. The department shall update and revise the guidelines for the integrated regional water management program to address impacts associated with climate risk.
