Section 91017 - [See Note] Designated amount to improve water data management and to implement Section 144 of the Water Code

Of the funds made available by Section 91010, fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the Department of Water Resources and the State Water Resources Control Board to improve water data management and to implement Section 144 of the Water Code to reactivate existing stream gages and deploy new gages.
