Section 25992.20 - Voluntary Offshore Wind and Coastal Resources Protection Fund created(a) The Voluntary Offshore Wind and Coastal Resources Protection Fund is hereby created in the State Treasury. Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, the moneys in the fund are hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal year to the commission for purposes of this chapter.(b) The Private Donations Account is hereby created in the fund. Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, the moneys in the account are hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal year to the commission for purposes of this chapter.Ca.
