Section 22180.1 - [Effective Until 1/1/2029] Progressive design-build contracts for up to 10 public works

A local agency may procure progressive design-build contracts and use the progressive design-build contracting process described in this chapter for up to 10 public works projects in excess of five million dollars ($5,000,000) for each project.
