Section 20815.5 - Use of Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act

Notwithstanding Sections 20815.1 and 20815.3, a district may use the provisions of the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 22000).
