Section 5632 - [Effective until 1/1/2032] Execution and recordation(a) An instrument revoking a revocable transfer on death deed shall be executed and recorded in the same manner as execution and recordation of a revocable transfer on death deed.(b) Joinder, consent, or agreement of, or notice to, the beneficiary is not required for revocation of a revocable transfer on death deed.Amended by Stats 2021 ch 215 (SB 315),s 12, eff. 1/1/2022.Added by Stats 2015 ch 293 (AB 139),s 17, eff. 1/1/2016.
