Section 22625 - Instruction booklet(a) Each stun gun sold in this state shall be accompanied by an instruction booklet.(b) Violation of this section shall be a public offense punishable by a fifty-dollar ($50) fine for each weapon sold without the booklet.Added by Stats 2010 ch 711 (SB 1080),s 6, eff. 1/1/2011, op. 1/1/2012.
