Section 13800 - Definitions Unless otherwise required by context, as used in this title:
(a) "Agency" means the Office of Emergency Services.(b) "Board" means the Board of State and Community Corrections.(c) "Federal acts" means Subchapter V of Chapter 46 of the federal Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C.
