Section 7466 - Appeal of clearance decisions; notification of final disposition(a) The department shall notify all program provider applicants for clearance of their right to appeal clearance decisions and of the process for filing an appeal.(b) The department shall notify all program provider applicants for clearance of the final disposition of their appeal within 90 days.Added by Stats 2023 ch 335 (AB 581),s 2, eff. 1/1/2024.
