Section 2041 - Applicability of statutes

Part 3 (commencing with Section 2000) shall apply to the Deuel Vocational Institution and to the persons confined therein so far as those provisions may be applicable. Whenever the name California Vocational Institution appears in any statute, it shall be deemed for all purposes to refer to the Deuel Vocational Institution.
