Section 337k - Unlawful advertising of nonparimutuel wagering on horse races(a) It is unlawful for any person to advertise, or to facilitate the advertisement of, nonparimutuel wagering on horse races. (b) Violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500).
