Section 610 - Unlawful masking, altering, or removing light or signal to bring vessel into dangerEvery person who unlawfully masks, alters, or removes any light or signal, or willfully exhibits any light or signal, with intent to bring any vessel into danger, is punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170.
