Section 10202.85 - Employees of district located wholly or partly in county persons eligible under policy issued to county

A policy conforming to Section 10202.8 issued to a county may include as persons eligible, employees of a district located, wholly or partly, within such county. Such inclusion is subject to Section 53200.4 of the Government Code.
