Section 7016 - "Niche" defined(a) "Niche" means a space in a columbarium used, or intended to be used, for the placement of cremated human remains or hydrolyzed human remains.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.Ca. Health and Saf. Code § 7016
