Section 50470.5 - Definitions For purposes of this chapter:
(a) "Department" means the Department of Housing and Community Development.(b) "Local government" means any city, county, city and county, or the duly constituted governing body of an Indian reservation or rancheria.Ca. Health and Saf. Code § 50470.5
