Current through the 2024 Legislative Session.
The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this part shall be deposited in the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund, which is hereby created. Money in the fund shall be allocated and utilized in accordance with Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 53533).
