Cal. Health & Saf. Code § 43001

Section 43001 - Inapplicability

The provisions of this part shall not apply to:

(a) Racing vehicles.

(b) Motorcycles, except as otherwise provided in Section 43107.

This section shall become operative on January 1, 1989.
