Section 40529 - Warrants for payment of salaries and expenses

The south coast district board may, by resolution, cause to be drawn all warrants on the treasurer or checks on a bank against all funds, except funds for debt service, of the south coast district in the treasury or bank for the payment of salaries and expenses of the south coast district.
