Section 39961 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Implementation contingent on appropriationa) Implementation of this chapter is contingent upon an appropriation by the Legislature in the annual Budget Act or another statute for this purpose.(b) This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
