Section 25120.5 - Recyclable material" defined"Recyclable material" means a hazardous waste that is capable of being recycled, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
(b) A spent material, including, but not limited to, a used or spent stripping or plating solution or etchant.(c) A material that is contaminated to such an extent that it can no longer be used for the purpose for which it was originally purchased or manufactured.(d) A byproduct listed in the regulations adopted by the department as "hazardous waste from specific sources" or "hazardous waste from nonspecific sources. "(e) Any retrograde material that has not been used, distributed, or reclaimed through treatment by the original manufacturer or owner by the later of the following dates: (1) One year after the date when the material became a retrograde material.(2) If the material has been returned to the original manufacturer, one year after the material is returned to the original manufacturer.
