Section 1596.843 - Separate licensing report for facility visit and complaint investigation; review of random sampling of licensing reports(a) Whenever a facility visit and a complaint investigation are conducted at the same time by the department, a separate licensing report shall be used to document the complaint investigation.(b) The department shall review a random sample of licensing reports to evaluate the consistency of the application of regulations by different licensing program analysts.Ca.
