Section 1569.147 - No authorization of imposition of rent regulations(a) Nothing in this chapter authorizes the imposition of rent regulations or controls for licensed residential care facilities for the elderly.(b) Licensed residential care facilities for the elderly are not subject to controls on rent imposed by any state or local agency or other local government entity.Ca.
