Section 130402 - Participation by pharmacy or drug manufacturer(a) Any pharmacy may participate in the program provided for under this division. However, this division shall apply only to prescriptions dispensed to noninstitutionalized Medicare beneficiaries.(b) Any drug manufacturer may participate in the program provided for under this division.Ca.
