Section 130400 - Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program; definitions(a) This division shall be known, and may be cited as, the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program.(b) As used in this division: (1) "Department" means the State Department of Health Services.(2) "Fund" means the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program Rebate Fund.(3) "Medicare beneficiary" means a Medicare beneficiary who is a California resident.Ca.
