Section 129382 - [Effective until 1/1/2032] Administration; interagency agreement(a) The department shall administer the program, subject to subdivision (d) of Section 129385, for purposes of this chapter.(b) The department shall enter into an interagency agreement with the authority to implement this chapter.Ca.
