Section 84203.3 - Notice of value of late in-kind contribution(a) Any candidate or committee that makes a late contribution that is an in-kind contribution shall notify the recipient in writing of the value of the in-kind contribution. The notice shall be received by the recipient within 24 hours of the time the contribution is made.(b) Nothing in this section shall relieve a candidate or committee that makes a late in-kind contribution or the recipient of a late in-kind contribution from the requirement to file late contribution reports pursuant to Section 84203. However, a report filed by the recipient of a late in-kind contribution shall be deemed timely filed if it is received by the filing officer within 48 hours of the time the contribution is received.Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 77, Sec. 1.
