Section 68092 - Payment of court interpreters' and translators' fees or other compensation

Court interpreters' and translators' fees or other compensation shall be paid:

(a) In criminal cases, by the court.

(b) In civil cases, by the litigants, in proportions as the court may direct, to be taxed and collected as other costs.
