Section 66906.7 - Payment of expenses

The conservancy's expenses may be paid out of any conservancy funds, including funds acquired through monetary gifts and from the lease or rental of conservancy property. Not more than 10 percent of the funds thus acquired shall be available for expenditure for staff services.
