Section 62462 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Annual report(a) If San Francisco establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.(b) The reports submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.Added by Stats 2024 ch 274 (AB 2488),s 1, eff. 1/1/2025.
