Section 62306 - Use of allocated revenues(a) A minimum of 95 percent of the allocated tax increment revenues pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 62304 shall be used to fund eligible projects.(b) Not more than 5 percent of allocated revenues may be used for administration.Added by Stats 2022 ch 266 (SB 852),s 1, eff. 1/1/2023.
