Section 58855 - Notice by county surveyor of filingWithin 10 days after the filing of any proposal, the county surveyor shall give written notice as provided in Section 58855.5 by mailing notice of such filing:
(a) To each city, county, or district the boundaries of which contain all or any portion of the lands described in the proposal; and(b) To each person who has filed a written request for special notice of such filings of such proposals with the county surveyor.Amended by Stats. 1971, Ch. 268.
