Section 53738.8 - [See Note] Applicability of Section 1090 to members of the legislative body of the local government and members of the citizens' oversight committee

For purposes of clause (ix) of subparagraph (A) of paragraph (4) of subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Article XIII A of the California Constitution, members of the legislative body of the local government and members of the citizens' oversight committee shall be subject to Section 1090.
