Section 53738.1 - [See Note] "Affordable housing" for purposes of Section 1 of Article XIII A and Section 18 of Article XVI of the California Constitution

For purposes of paragraph (4) of subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Article XIII A and subdivision (b) of Section 18 of Article XVI of the California Constitution, "affordable housing" includes, but is not limited to, rental housing, ownership housing, interim housing, and affordable housing programs such as downpayment assistance, first-time homebuyer programs, and owner-occupied affordable housing rehabilitation programs, that are affordable to households earning up to 150 percent of countywide median income.
