Section 54984.4 - Compliance with notice, protest and hearing procedures(a) The local agency shall comply with the notice, protest, and hearing procedures in Section 53753.(b) In the absence of a majority protest, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 53753, the governing body of the local agency may determine to fix the charge.Amended by Stats 2007 ch 27 (SB 444),s 5, eff. 1/1/2008.
